Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

In recent years, flexible manufacturing System as a response to market demands has been proposed to increase product diversity, optimum utilization of machines andperiods of short-term products. The development of Computer Systems has provided the ability to build machines with high functionality and the necessary flexibility to perform various operations. However, due to the complexity and the random nature of these problems, deterministic algorithms are not highly accurate andefficient enough. In this paper, Computer simulation models are used to optimize flexible manufacturing System FMS). The objectives of this paper are included: the optimal time served in each unit, the optimal number of servers in each unit, and the optimum number of domestic transportation fleet based on type. At the first step, source-destination traffic matrix is presented for development, including: service time and traffic volume are used. The computational results show the accuracy and efficiency of using simulation tools in these problems.

Abstract: 

In study presents a CAD/CAM Computer System for textile printing design. This Computer Systems part of an integrated System for graphic design, and includes also structural edition and retrieval tools to exploiting textile printing design. Drawing and some commands for geometrical transformations are specified by means of freehand strokes. Paper describes both user interface and its implementation details. A detailed design example is presented, where an ornamental motive, belonging to a pattern design has been generated by the gesture interface. Then it is integrated in a textile printing design using structural edition CAD/CAM System Computer, based on the scientific theory of symmetry groups.

Abstract: 

The objective of this study is to develop an integrated simulation model in a large complex casting System to assess existing System status and to introduce a set of optimizing alternatives. To achieve the above objective, visual SLAM and AWESIM, one of the most advanced simulation language in the world and a design of experiment methodology were utilized. The detailed conceptual models in formats of schematic diagrams, process flow charts and logical charts and collected data related to processes, operations, maintenance, repairs and quality control allowed creation of the infrastructure and development of the integrated simulation model. The integrated simulation model was verified and validated by structured analysis and t-test. Furthermore, the structures and findings of the simulation model was verified and accredited by both industrial engineering department and production engineers and managers of the casting System. An important feature of this study is integration of design of experiments with the simulation model. Moreover, a unique design of experiment is introduced to identify the impacts of various alternatives on production level Consequently, integration of the simulation model and design of experiments developed a set of optimizing alternatives for various situations. The unique features of this study are four folds. First, the integrated approach allows modeling of all processes, operations, repairs, maintenance and quality control activities. Second, managers and decision-makers can easily use the rule base of the simulation to assess various alternatives. Third, optimum conditions for various production setting and the required upgrading methods and alter mechanisms are introduced though integration of simulation and design of experiments. Finally, the simulation model is verified, validated and accredited and is composed of all local and global processes of the casting System. Therefore, it may by used for strategic planning and System's capacity development and consequently may result in billions of Dollars of profitability, presently, the integrated simulation model is being implemented at the casting System.

Abstract: 

The present study is concerned with the design and implementation of a Computer-based control and monitoring System for greenhouses. For conducting the field experiments a model greenhouse with a floor area of 8 m2, (2×4 m) was constructed. It was covered with double inflated 200 m polyethylene films. Performance of the controller under different environmental conditions was evaluated by installing the System in the model greenhouse. Main components of the System are sensors, a microcontroller, a number of actuators, data processing unit, and data acquisition and recording device. The microcontroller receives data on greenhouse environmental conditions from a number of sensors installed inside as well as outside the greenhouse and transfers the data to and from a PC via RS 232 port. A graphical user interface was also developed to carry out the monitoring tasks. The program implements the control algorithms, comparing the received data with set points, sending control signals to the microcontroller so as to change the states in control devices, namely, heaters, fans, misters, etc., in order to attain the desired set points. To evaluate System performance, a set of experiments were carried out during autumn 2003, in the faculty of agriculture, Karaj. The overall performance of the System in controlling greenhouse air temperature was very satisfactory. The time constant to bring the temperature within the set points was about 10 minutes.
